A wheelchair is a chair
mounted on wheels and usually propelled by the
occupant by means of chrome or painted hand
rims attached to the two large side wheels.
The best standard wheelchairs are comfortable,
fold easily, and have a pair of toggle brakes.
The swing away footrests or elevating leg
rests are adjustable and detachable. The soft
padded desk or full length arm rests are
removable on some models.
A passenger, transport, travel or companion
folding wheeled chair has four 8" wheels
and is collapsible and weighs about half the
weight of a standard wheelchair.
